通過Apple Configurator 2將設備添加到DEP :

*先決條件：（請先準備以下物品，然後再繼續）

1.在Apple School Manager中註冊。

2.非DEP iPad設備正在運行iOS 11或更高版本。

3. Mac，Apple Configurator（2.5或更高版本）和Lightning-to-USB電線。

將設備添加到ASM中的DEP

將 iPad 與 Mac 連接
開啟 Apple Configurator 2
記下設備的序號（您可以通過 Apple Configurator 2 從“獲取信息”中複制它）
按鍵「準備」
1. 選擇「手動配置」
2. 選擇「添加到Apple School Manager」
3. 不要選擇「激活並完成註冊」
4. 不要選擇「啟用共享 iPad」
5. 按鍵「下一步」
在「註冊 MDM 伺服器」上，選擇已經設定的 "eSchoolPad MDM" 伺服器或「新增伺服器」，如下所示：
1. 登入 ESP 管理控制台
  - 按鍵「設定」>「學校資料」> 複製 "Apple Configurator 2（註冊URL）" 中的 URL
2. 返回 Apple Configurator 2
  - 輸入名稱 "eSchoolPad MDM" > 貼上剛複制的 URL > 按鍵「下一步」
  - 按鍵「下一步」
輸入您的 Apple School Manager 帳戶（使用與註冊 DEP 相同的 Apple ID ）
選擇「產生新的監管標識」，然後按鍵「下一步」
選擇「設置步驟」，然後按鍵「下一步」
在 "選擇網絡配置文件" 上，輸入一個 WiFi 配置文件或新增一個新的配置文件，如下所示：
1. 進入 ESP 管理控制台
  - 按鍵「描述檔」> 按鍵「新增描述檔」
  - 選擇「Wi-Fi」>「新增 WiFi 描述檔」
  - 在「描述檔」內，尋找剛新增的 WiFi 描述檔 > 按鍵「⋯」操作 >「下載」
2. 返回 Apple Configurator 2
  - 輸入您剛從 ESP 管理控制台下載的描述檔/配置檔案
  - 按鍵「準備」
  - 此步驟可能需要一段時間，請等待直到 iPad 上顯示 “Hello”
透過 Apple School Manager 指派 iPad
1. 登入 Apple School Manager（https://school.apple.com/）
2. 按鍵「MDM 服務器」
3. 如果 iPad 已成功加入 DEP 中，您將在「Apple Configurator 2 添加的設備」中看到 “N” 個設備
4. 按鍵「設備指派」
5. 輸入已記下的設備序號
6. 執行「操作」> 選擇「分配給服務器」> 選擇 “eSchoolPad MDM” > 按鍵「完成」

將近完成！只剩餘數個部驟即可完成 DEP 與 ESP 系統的同步

使 ESP 與 DEP 同步

進入 ESP 管理控制台
進入「DEP」>「DEP 設備」>「更新 DEP」
“Non-DEP” iPad 將顯示在 DEP 設備列表中

他們現已成為 DEP 的設備！

Add Device to DEP via Apple Configurator 2

*Prerequisites: (Please get the following items ready before proceed)

Registered with Apple School Manager
Non-DEP iPad devices are running iOS 11 or later
Mac, Apple Configurator (2.5 or later) and Lightning-to-USB cable

Add Device to DEP in ASM

Connect your iPad to a Mac
Open the Apple Configurator 2
Copy the device's serial number in a temporary excel (You may copy it from Get Info via Apple Configurator)
Click Prepare
1. Select "Manual Configuration"
2. Select "Add to Apple School Manager"
3. Do not select "Activate and Complete Enrollment"
4. Do not select "Enable Shared iPad"
5. Click Next
On "Enroll in MDM Server", select your pre-defined "eSchoolPad MDM" server or create a new one as below:
1. Go to ESP Admin Console
  - Settings > School Info > Copy "Apple Configurator 2 (Enrollment URL)"
2. Back to Apple Configurator
  - input the name "eSchoolPad MDM" > paste the URL just copy > click Next
  - Click Next
Input your Apple School Manager account (use the same Apple ID that you used to enrol in DEP)
Choose "Generate a new supervision identity" > click Next
Select the Setup steps > click Next
On "Choose Network Profile", import a WiFi profile or create a new one as below:
1. Go to ESP admin console
  1. Click Profiles > Create New Profile > Select Wi-Fi
  2. On "Profiles Management", locate the WiFi Profile just created, click ⋯ Actions > Download
2. Go back to Apple Configurator
  - Import the profile you just downloaded from ESP console
  - Click Prepare
  - This step may take a while, please wait until "Hello" displayed on iPad
Assign the iPad in Apple School Manager
1. Login to Apple School Manager (https://school.apple.com/)
2. Click MDM Servers
  * You will see there should be "N" of Devices in "Devices Added by Apple Configurator 2" if the iPad successfully added into DEP
3. Click Device Assignments
4. Input the device serial number (from temporary excel)
5. Perform Action > select "Assign to Server" > select "eSchoolPad MDM" > click Done

Almost there, just need few more click to sync DEP information with ESP system

Sync DEP Devices in ESP

Go to ESP admin console
Click DEP > DEP Devices > Update DEP
The "Non-DEP" iPad will be shown in the DEP device list

They are now DEP Device!!
