To add EMM Approved Apps, first search in Google Play 

1)  Android for Work > Google Play

2)  Tap Approve button

3)  Tap Approve button

4)  Choose any optional and tap Done button. 

5)  Wait until APPROVED appears in the app. 

6)  Then the app will appear in Android for Work > EMM Managed Apps
