For normal setup with DEP, you will need to go through Steps 1 to 7 ( 1 > 2 > 3 > 4 > 5 > 6 > 7 )

If you do not have DEP, you will have to skip Steps 2 and 3 and take Step 6.5 ( 1 > 4 > 5 > 6.5 > 7 )
