Multiple Apps Lock allows teachers to set a group of Apps for students to use.  

Pre-requisites

IT Admin or Teacher with Admin console account MUST first define an App Label. 

In Admin Console, 

App > App Label > + Create New > Provide a name > Save

Tap Actions next to the App Label just created > Set Apps > Select Apps > Confirm

Tips

• Apps grouping - can follow subjects and grades, e.g. "Grade 1 Maths", "Grade 2 English", "Grade 6 STEAM".  
• Teacher's personal label - can choose "Personal" as Owner, and select a teacher. 
• Group of Teachers use - can choose "Group" as Owner, and select a user group. 

Execution at TeacherPad After Login

1.  Tab APPS at the top menu bar 

2.  Tab a Label at the bottom APP LABEL bar

3.  Tab the Multi Apps Lock on the bottom left corner

4.  Only Apps in that App Label are available on student's iPads
