Schedule is good for apps install and update, iOS update, and other specific configurations.

On Schedule: it is running according to the settings. 

Suspended: temporarily stop the schedule.  You may resume later. 

Completed: the schedule has completed running. Even if you change the setting to future date and time, the schedule will NOT resume.
